Aufgaben:
Definition, analysis and project management tasks for Treasury Mgt. TOM
Support in designing the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Treasury (content, organization, interfaces/boundaries to Group Finance and business units), and defining the interim TOM:

• Conduct a current state (as-is) gap analysis
• Research best practices via peer benchmarking
• Assist in defining service offerings, such as payments, cash pooling, regulatory liquidity reporting, etc.
• Clarify boundaries and interfaces with Group Finance (e.g., capital management) and business units (e.g., payments, cash pooling)
• Provide recommendations for the TOM, including a roadmap, and support the establishment of the interim TOM

Anforderungen:

• ‍‍Deep understanding in Treasury Management
• Knowledge in target operating model definition
• Strong experience in asset management is necessary
• Excellent project management skills (certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are desirable)
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
• MS Power Point / MS Excel
• Blackrock Aladdin (Strong advantage)
• SimCorp (Strong advantage)
• Very good german and english skills
• Knowledge in asset management
