Aufgaben:

PMI Coordination and Program Management (Conducting project management services)
Coordination and operational management of individual sub-workstreams within the PMI project. Serving as a link between the sub-workstreams and the overarching PMI AM Integration Workstream

• Led overall coordination and central governance of integration workstreams
• Managed large scale change programs
• Managed project planning, timelines, and resource allocation
• Prepared materials for Steering Committees and sponsor status meetings
• Maintained integration plans, risk registers, and KPI dashboards in MyIMO
• Identified critical issues and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation

Anforderungen:

• ‍‍Coordination of PMI (Post-Merger Integration) projects, ideally in asset management
• Managed large scale change programs
• Experience managing both functional and cultural integration aspects
• Proven track record of successfully achieving integration objectives
• Strong expertise in project management
• MS Power Point / MS Excel
• Project Management Tools
• MyIMO (strong advantage)
• Very good german and english skills
• Knowledge in asset management
