Experience Requirements:

• Insurancebackground with distribution focus
• 3-5 yearsRequirements definition for core systems implementation projects: 5 years
• Ideally,around 5 years experience in Core System Transformation in Insurance industry.
• Soundknowledge & experience in Distribution area in Insurance
• Ideally,knowledge and experience with SCRUM methodology
• Goodcommunication, structured thinking, and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work together with people with diversebackgrounds and approaches
• High level of integrity
• Fluent English and German skills

Functional Requirements - Responsibilities:

• Definingthe structure of requirement gathering for Distribution e.g. from high levelrequirements to functional requirements/ user stories
• Documentingthe functional requirements/ user stories for the distribution remunerationsystem implementation (both for standard and customized functionalities)
• Conducting workshops to receive signoff from thedistribution stakeholders e.g. Agents and Brokers head
