For the assignment to our customer in Bern we're looking for a SAP Generalist Consultant

Responsibilities:

• ‍Installation, implementation, and configuration of S/4HANA systems/applications
• Design, administration, and management of SAP users, roles, and access rights
• Analysis and resolution of errors (incident and problem management – 2nd/3rd level support)
• Planning, execution, and management of background jobs within SAP and for interfaces
• Handling system transports, configuring SAP's Transport Management System (TMS), managing Solution Manager
• Customization, testing, and ongoing support of interfaces to SAP systems
• Customizing settings in FI/CO if necessary
• Monitoring and ensuring the daily end processing with banking-related reconciliations, ensuring compliance with SLAs

Requirements/Skills:

• Higher education (ETH / University / FH) in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Excellent knowledge in IT infrastructure and SAP Basis, SAP Administration, SAP ABAP programming with good understanding of HANA platform
• Good knowledge in Customizing FI/CO S/4 HANA
• Proficiency in authorization and Fiori apps
• Domain knowledge in banking
• Familiarity with modern development environments and methodologies (e.g., DevSecOps, Scrum, Agile) is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of German (spoken and written); English proficiency
• Proactive, structured, and independent work ethic
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, and to participate in on-call duties

Start: 1. April 2024
End: 31. December (with option of extension)
Pensum: 80-100%
Working location: Bern / hybrid (1 or 2 days onsite presence - remote work only possible in Switzerland)
